Yes, you can start collaborating with us at any given moment.

However, it is necessary to pass on all your accounting documents from the start of the year to us.

How our services are organised

You can send them either electronically or as paper copies.

After signing the contract, the accountant will inform the client on how the documents will be passed on.

Clients are notified about taxes and other due payments well in advance so that they can plan to send the necessary documents and make the payments (or to make sure they have the money in their account if using Direct Debit).

Every client has access to their own individual panel, where they can see their invoices and accounts.

Also, on this panel, you can check key financial indicators that will help you in running your business.

We have procedures and security measures in place to counteract such risks.

Import - Export

Yes. We have contracts with customs clearance agencies in Great Britain and Poland. We also have a system in place where we exchange customs information with these agencies.

Additionally, we help our customers with transporting goods from Poland to the UK. We have access to a warehouse in Poland and the UK, as well as transport which ships goods multiple times a week.

Yes, you need a registered EORI number (Economic Operator Registration Identity). We will help you get this number.

A commodity code is a 10-digit number given to a commodity in order to classify goods. You can download it here. Every type corresponds to a different code, which affects the customs duty. It also informs whether there are any limits on importing or exporting.

Until the end of 2021, the deadline for declaring the goods is 175 days after their arrival in the UK. Starting from January 2022, the declaration will have to be done before crossing the border. To avoid costly delays and standstills, it is worthwhile to start working with a customs agent as soon as possible before then.

From July 2022, there will be specific declarations for animal and plant products and there will be additional veterinary and phytosanitary inspections.

These regulations will encompass various goods, from live animals and seedlings, to used farm machinery and firewood. A Phytosanitary Certificate (PC) will be necessary for example when importing seedlings, root and bulb vegetables, fresh fruit, cut flowers, some types of seeds etc.
